Support

Open and track support tickets from the Kloude portal (subject, category, priority, and detailed description) while keeping secrets and credentials out of the ticket body.

Support

Support is where you open tickets with the Kloude team when something in the portal or a managed cluster needs human help. Use it for stuck cluster states, billing questions, and access issues you cannot resolve in Settings.

What you see in the panel

Creating a ticket asks for a short Subject, a Category (for example General), a Priority (for example Medium), and a Description with detailed steps, resource names, and timestamps. Then choose Send ticket or Cancel.

When to use it

Open a ticket when cluster create or scale is stuck in an unexpected state, when you have billing or invoice questions, or when account or organization access issues cannot be fixed in Settings.

No secrets in tickets:

Screenshots are helpful when they do not show email, balance, public IPs, or credentials. Blur personal data before attaching images.
